Bethel Build Team Highlights

Exciting days are ahead at Bethel as we continue moving forward in faith together through our Growing in Faith campaign.

We are thrilled to announce that our Groundbreaking Celebration is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, June 21 immediately following the 10am Worship Service. This will be a special day in the life of our church as we celebrate God’s faithfulness and look ahead to the future ministry opportunities He is providing.

Phase 1 construction is set to begin on June 24, 2026, with completion expected by January 2027. Work is also progressing on plans for our playground improvements, with site work beginning in August and new and relocated playground equipment scheduled for September 2026.

At the same time, planning continues for Phase 2 renovations of the Sanctuary and Gathering Area, which are expected to begin in January 2027 and conclude in April 2028. Additional site planning is underway for drive lanes, dumpster relocation, signage, and final utility coordination.

The Build Team is carefully coordinating construction schedules around many important Bethel ministries and events, including Vacation Bible School, Trunk or Treat, Christmas services, Youth Chorus Camp, and homeschool activities, so ministry can continue strong throughout the process.

Thank you for your continued prayers, generosity, patience, and encouragement.

Weather Update

As forecast, we are getting a significant snowstorm today, which will create very hazardous driving conditions. Regretfully, as a result we need to cancel all church related activities for Sunday. This is for the safety of everyone involved. Be on the lookout for a prerecorded video from Pastor Aaron Sunday with a word of encouragement.

Additionally, with the freezing temperatures expected to continue through Sunday, we are closing the church office on Monday, February 2. As a reminder most of the staff will be at the national gathering in Atlanta during the week.

Please stay safe during the storm, and continue to check on your neighbors in need.
